Payment networks move value. EO proves what happened. Every certified event becomes auditable, insurable and financeable.

The network

From payment record to certified financial event

EO turns raw transaction activity into a governed certificate with commercial consequences: dispute treatment, insurance status, audit status and collateral eligibility.

Authentication

Who, what and with which authority

Signals from chips, devices, wallets, banks and merchants combined into one deterministic outcome.

EO Certificate

One certificate, every rail

A rail-neutral, transaction-level record of parties, authorization, settlement, risk and insurance status.

Evidence vault

Proof that holds up

Tamper-evident evidence packs for disputes, claims, audits and regulators.

Risk intelligence

Decides what is financeable

Transaction, merchant, bank and pool-level risk that drives pricing, coverage and eligibility.

Insurance attachment

Cover at the moment of trust

Coverage rules applied to certified events, with policies issued by licensed insurance partners.

Pools and capital

Collateral-grade data

Certified events aggregated into insurable risk pools and data that banks and investors can evaluate.

EO event model

Six steps from payment to capital

The rail produces a payment record. EO creates a commercially usable, evidence-grade transaction object.

  1. 01

    Initiate

A person, business or agent starts a transaction.

  2. 02

    Authenticate

EO verifies the chip, device, wallet, identity, merchant and bank.

  3. 03

    Process

The payment rail moves the value, unchanged.

  4. 04

    Certify

EO issues a certificate with ID, timestamp, hash, risk and evidence.

  5. 05

    Insure

Eligible events attach cover through licensed insurers.

  6. 06

    Pool

Certified events enter insurable and financeable pools.

Rail-neutral

One trust layer for every rail

EO does not replace rails. It makes every rail safer, insurable, auditable and financeable.

Cards

Chip and token evidence

Authorization evidence, dispute files and insurance triggers alongside card payments.

Instant / A2A

Proof at the speed of settlement

Payer authority, payee confirmation and settlement proof where reversal windows are short.

Wallets

Device and passkey proof

The credential, the checkout and the consent, certified as one commercial event.

Banks and treasury

Signatory and settlement proof

Officer authority, instruction validation and audit-grade archives for institutional payments.

Tokenized value

On-chain plus authority

Wallet authority, custody, issuer and redemption evidence connected to the ledger record.

Government

Public payments, proven

Identity assurance and regulator-ready evidence for tax, benefits and procurement.

Standards

Complements the standards you already use

EO is designed to sit above existing frameworks such as EMV tokenization, PCI DSS, FIDO passkeys and ISO 20022 messaging, connecting them into one certified transaction object with insurance, collateral and audit consequences.

Win one high-value use case, prove it, then scale the standard.

Questions

EO Network at a glance

Short answers to the questions partners ask most.

What is EO Network?

EO Network is Velacomm’s authentication and evidence network. Payment networks move value; EO authenticates the transaction event and issues a certificate that makes it auditable, insurable and financeable.

Does EO replace payment networks?

No. EO is rail-neutral. Cards, instant account-to-account payments, wallets, bank and treasury rails and tokenized value keep moving money; EO adds certified evidence on top.

How does EO relate to VAI and self-authenticating chips?

Self-authenticating chips establish verifiable identity and trust. EO transports, authenticates, records and certifies interactions across the network. VAI provides the intelligence.

Is EO live?

EO is in development. Capabilities on this page are planned and subject to engineering, security, commercial and legal validation.

Make every payment provable.

EO briefings for banks, insurers, payment networks and capital-market participants are available under a non-disclosure agreement.
